RACS 5 System

How to start with the RACS 5 system?

If the system is small (generally up to 20 passages, up to 30 users, 1 VISO workstation, without Time & Attendance Registration) - the first steps and basic configuration are described in Application Note AN006. The system is based on the MS SQL Compact file database.

In other cases (tens or more passages, tens or more users, many workstations, cooperation with the RCP Master application, other integrations), the MS SQL Server (Express server base higher) should be used. System setup begins with the installation and configuration of the MS SQL database environment (Application Note AN017), and then the system can be built according to Application Note AN006.
